    Main Topics

Support the R&D Packaging in scoping and analyzing flexible materials that would show stable properties in contact with alkaline hypochlorite based products for new pack applications.

    1. On the light of new packaging application for the alkaline hypochlorite detergents business, the main objective will be to find a flexible material that could be compatible with the liquid hypochlorite formulation, the filling process and the Supply Chain (with a dedicated focus on Morocco market). The material should then be tested and validated in order to be able to form packaging formats such as bags, pouches, etc.
    2. Part of the exercise will be the scoping of material suppliers, find with them the right material recipe through laboratory and line tests, find the proper conversion process.
    3. Identify, together with the Fater Purchasing team the costs associated to the new material.

    Minimum Skills Required

The candidate has ideal technical/scholarship profiles (in preferential order):

    1. Master Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree) in Materials Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
    2. Packaging Bachelor’s Degree

The knowledge of the English language (written and spoken) is mandatory to write both simple reports and notes about technical subjects, that will represent the base of discussion for the decisions that will be taken in specific dedicated meetings.

Is mandatory the theoretical and practical knowledge of the main MS-Office softwares (Word for Windows, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).

At least a basic knowledge of the industrial design.

Would be a nice to have the knowledge of structural analysis software based on finite element theory.
