Overview

Four our Sales Team in Moscow, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who directly manages the assigned distributors and/or customers in terms of sales KPI implementation.

Main Topics

  • Deal with Distributors and modern Customers
  • Negotiation and implementation of the defined business plan
  • Manage the budgets and do accurate forecasts
  • Deliver new growth opportunities
  • Very good Knowledge of Russian market in terms of customers, channels, trade habits, policies etc.
  • Strong customers relationship
  • High level of leadership
  • High autonomy, working together with distributor people in a challenging and complex environment

Minimum Skills Required

 

Minimum Skills Required:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of sales management experience
  • Proven skills to successfully win over challenging and conflicting situations
  • Excellent strategic thinking and category strategies / trade tactics understanding
  • Very good analytical abilities, able to deal with numbers
  • Relevant experience in local market, FMCG categories
  • Russian mother tongue, fluency in spoken and written English
  • Analytical skills, organized structured and data based approach, strategic vision, multilevel and team work relationship
