Assistant Brand Manager - Italy - internship

The Assistant Brand Manager is included with a six month internship in the Marketing Department Team to provide support to Regional Strategy Design and Execution across all touch-points (Packaging Design, POP material development, Consumer Communication ATL/BTL), to create and deliver winning business strategy based on superior understanding of the consumers, customer and competitive environment.

Main Topics

  • Strategic Guide: develop local consumer insights and expertise, competitive and market understanding
  • Build Brand Equity: define equity hard and soft point to meet regional needs
  • Initiative design: contribute to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, packaging, products and ideas
  • Competitive Response Modelling: adjust initiative strategies as appropriate to ensure business competitiveness and growth.
  • Agency Relationship: develop partnership with agencies and internal/external partner and fully leverage the contribution of each.

Minimum Skills Required

  • Degree (graduate or undergraduate) in Economical disciplines with a brilliant academic path;
  • Very good knowledge of strategic and operational marketing
  • Analytical skills
  • Communication skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Teamwork attitude
  • Good English
