Overview

The constant attention to safety, the reduction of industrial waste, energy efficiency actions, green logistics and the experimental system to recycle used diapers are just a few of the main topics of our Recycling Business Unit.

 

For this Team, we are looking for a Modeling & Commercialization Manager, a very business oriented person (sales+marketing) with great communication, project management skills and ability to deal with technical aspects. He/She is someone who needs to link all the worlds (technical/sales/brand/finance) to create plug & play models for consumer facing segregation & collection service. Will be required to provide support on External Communications management.

Main Topics

  • Define the consumer-facing commercial model to enable source-segregation in developed & developing countries;
  • Design a win-win-win model:
    • win with consumers
    • win with customers
    • win with external stakeholders (esp. municipalities);
  • Be the interface between the commercial & technical leads to define source-segregation ideas;
  • Be the key contact with Finance Department to enable financial viability of the model & unleash creativity to fund the plot;
  • Lead the relationship with the IT partners internally & externally to bring to life the consumer facing communication tools
  • Media & Influencers: Support development and execution of AHP recycling media outreach plans (e.g., PR events,
    influencer outreach, congresses)
  • Lead creation of key Communications assets for influencer, media, and stakeholder communication (e.g., creation
    of AHP recycling webpage, develop infographic, help with press releases, message track and Q&As etc.)
  • Landscape assessment:
    • support international expansion (including agencies and consultants’ management);
    • identify additional PR opportunities to establish awareness leadership in AHP recycling,
    • identify key decision makers by market, opponents, key players, and confirm opportunities, and if/how to start building awareness and reputation.

Minimum Skills Required

  • Strong project management skills, collaboration & leadership skills (esp. "make things happen")
  • Preferably, experience in industrial machines sector
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Frequent travels, also international
  • High exposure & visibility to top management (shareholders and external partners)
