Lead the Site Engineering Organization to deliver all Engineering related objectives to meet the site targets. The Technical Support Manager is the person accountable for the Engineering results and Engineering capability within the plant organization. Participate in setting and deploying direction to the site as member of the Plant Leadership Team.
The TS Manager is also responsible for leading organizational capability building, including coaching/development of direct reports to ensure they have the skills to deliver the expected results and implementation of IWS (Integrated Work Systems) principles (e.g. DMS -Daily Management Systems-, loss analysis etc.)
Ensure the Plant has the tools to deliver excellent business results agreed in the PQCDSM on Service Levels, Inventory, Initiatives, Cost, Quality and Organizational Capability. Personally involved in resolving critical issues and coaching direct reports to enable them to solve issues autonomously. Sets Operational standards and coaches individuals to achieve them.
